TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for providing services by the store, including the design and printing of personalized materials such as posters, flyers, and business cards.

2. Nature of Services
Services are custom-made and are provided exclusively based on instructions supplied by the customer. Each order is treated as a bespoke product created upon individual request.

3. Order Fulfillment
Order processing begins after:
- the customer places an order,
- all necessary materials (texts, graphics, guidelines) are provided,
- the design is approved by the customer (if applicable).

The completion time depends on the complexity of the project and the current order volume.

4. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to:
- provide accurate and complete information required for order fulfillment,
- review and approve the design before printing,
- take responsibility for all submitted content, including copyright compliance for provided materials.

5. Liability
The service provider shall not be held responsible for errors resulting from:
- incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer,
- low-quality materials supplied by the customer,
- approval of a design containing errors by the customer.

6. Copyrights
The customer declares that they hold the necessary rights to all materials provided for order fulfillment. The service provider is not responsible for any copyright infringement caused by materials supplied by the customer.

7. Payments
Order processing begins after payment is received or according to the agreed payment terms.

8. Complaints and Returns
Complaints and return policies are governed by a separate document titled “Return and Complaint Policy.”

9. Final Provisions
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

10. Language Priority Clause
These Terms of Service are originally written in English and constitute the legally binding version.

In case of any discrepancies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
