We offer shipping of custom-made printed products including posters, flyers, and business cards.

All products are made to order and shipped after production is completed.

2. Processing Time
Order processing time depends on the complexity of the project and current order volume.

Production begins after:
- order placement,
- receipt of all necessary materials,
- approval of the design by the customer (if applicable).

Estimated production time is provided individually for each order.

3. Shipping Time
Shipping time depends on the selected delivery method and destination.

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided individually depending on the order size, weight, and destination.

5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, the customer should contact us immediately so that we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

8. Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

9. Language Priority Clause
This Shipping Policy is originally written in English and constitutes the legally binding version.

In case of any discrepancies between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
